THE CARD OF THE DAY -THE THREE OF SWORDS IN REVERSE

Good morning my briliant siblings. I want to share todays card with you. I hope this card will help you face your fears and lean into the growing pains, learn to thrive and be healthier. Growth is painful. When I was a child I had the worst growing pains in my legs, as I grew older my growing pains continued only the pain came from different sources, Choices I made, people with no regards for me, and life in general. Through all the pain and suffering I grew as a person and I grew into myself.

Every person is on their own path in life, some of us have chosen to have more challenges than others. As children we don’t always know how to deal with the challenges life has thrown at us and sometimes we don’t have the support we need to accept the lessons we have been give. Our challenge is to help the children around us to share their problems with us. If we were one of the children that did not have the support or felt we did not have the support we needed it is our turn to share the trials we went through. Repressing your problems causes the mind and body to fester like an open wound. When we hold on and refuse to let go of these painful memories, the only thing we serve is fear. This fear isolates us and leads to many forms of negative displays. We go from one mistake to the next repeating the mistake until we learn the lesson. What events have left scars and shadows in your mind? Who can you talk to about these events and emotions? Do you have children around you that you can support if they need to talk? If you are a child do you have someone who you trust to talk to? What do you need to let go of to live in a life filled with gratitude and abundant happiness? Are you ready to reevaluate and learn the lessons that your experiences have taught you?

Usually the bully on the playground of life is the saddest, loneliest and most repressed person around us. Their current path usually lacks supportive people, boundaries, and is filled with violent, aggressive behaviors or words. Sometimes compassion from one person can help them, other times it can not help. Their actions are based in fear, what that fear is they may or may not know. Every one of us is capable of being a bully at times, however we strive to be a peaceful light and inspiration to others. Where in you life do you experience loneliness? Why are you feeling that way? When have you seen or experienced yourself being aggressive or exhibiting violent behaviors? Do you like this part of yourself? What feelings and emotions did you have before this action and what followed the actions? Looking back how do you feel now and what did your reaction teach you?

Mental Confusion sucks. This is a daily occurrence for me, I call it my brain farts and my friends will hear me say, “Brainsssss” or “Please just give me 5 more minutes of brains.” Mental fog and confusion comes from many places. Lack of sleep, dehydration and a lack of healthy food is one of the biggest culprits of mental confusion. Overload of information is also a big problem, disconnect from your tech device fro a few hours a day and spend some time in the sun. For some people the Mental Confusion is due to age or illness, so please if this is a norm for you please go see a doctor or natural-path. Are you taking care of your mind and body? Have you eaten clean and healthy foods today? Have you been drinking enough water? Are you meditating or spending time out doors listening to nature every day? Are you doing all of this and still having problems with mental confusion? When was the last time you had your thyroid checked? Have you made that doctors appointment?

Releasing pain and forgiving yourself can be the hardest things you ever do in our life. However, with optimism, forgiveness and compromise anything is possible. Once you reconcile your pain, learn your lesson and move into a place of gratitude, the world becomes you magic lamp. Accept and relish your mistakes, they help you grow into you.  What mistakes did you make that have helped you today? What are you most grateful for today? How will you challenge your past to have a brighter tomorrow?
